1.2 TDI CFW / CFWA Intake Manifold
The BNB 1.2 TDI intake manifold is an Original-quality part manufactured for the 1.2 TDI (CFW, CFWA) engines found in Volkswagen Polo 6R, Seat Ibiza 6J and Skoda Fabia II models.
The most common symptoms of intake manifold failure on 1.2 TDI engines are: idle shudder, EML warning light, P2015 or P0299 fault codes and cold-start difficulty. The majority of these failures originate from a broken swirl flap shaft.
The swirl flap shaft in the BNB manifold is manufactured from reinforced stainless steel alloy. The PA66-GF30 polymer body is resistant to intake temperatures and carbon build-up. Direct OEM replacement for reference 03P 129 711 D — plug-and-play fitment.
If you are receiving a P2015 fault code, we recommend checking the EGR valve and swirl flap position sensor before removing the manifold.
