2.0 TDI EA189 Intake Manifold (CBAB/CFFB)
The BNB EA189 intake manifold is manufactured for the 2.0 TDI EA189 engine family used in Volkswagen Passat B6, Golf V/VI and Audi A4 B7 models. Compatible with CBAB, CFFB and CFGB engine codes.
The EA189 engine family is particularly prone to intake manifold carbonisation due to DPF and EGR systems. Swirl flap shaft breakage (P2015 fault) is the most common failure in this family.
The BNB manifold features a reinforced swirl flap shaft, improved EGR gas distribution channels and anti-carbon inner coating. OEM references: 03G 129 713 J, 03G 129 713 K, 03G 129 713 BM.
