2.0 TDI CLH Intake Manifold
The BNB CLH intake manifold is manufactured for vehicles with the CLH engine code from the 2.0 TDI EA288 family. The CLH code was used primarily in VW Passat B7, Golf VI/VII and Audi A4 B8 models.
Swirl flap failure is very common in CLH engines. When the swirl flap shaft breaks, flap fragments can enter the cylinders and cause intake damage. In the BNB manifold, this risk is minimised with a reinforced steel shaft and improved flap locking mechanism.
P2015 fault code is an intake manifold swirl flap position monitoring error. This code is typically the first sign that the swirl flap shaft has broken and indicates the manifold needs replacement.
