2.0 TSI CUA Intake Manifold
The BNB CUA intake manifold is manufactured for the 2.0 TSI CUA engine found in Volkswagen Golf VII GTI Performance, Audi S3 8V and Seat Leon III Cupra models. The CUA engine is the high-performance version of the EA888 Gen 3 platform and delivers 220–230 HP output.
In high-power TSI engines, the intake manifold becomes coated with oil over time due to PCV (blow-by) gases. This causes flow loss across all intake ports and power reduction. The PPS (Polyphenylene Sulphide) inner coating used in the BNB manifold resists this build-up.
Direct OEM replacement for reference 03N 129 766 C — original sensors and actuators can be reused as-is.
