VW / Audi 1.4–2.0 TSI/TDI Oil Cooler
The BNB oil cooler is an original-quality part used in Volkswagen Group's EA111, EA888 and EA189 engine families. It maintains engine oil at a stable operating temperature between -40°C and +150°C.
The most common symptom of oil cooler failure is oily water foam in the radiator expansion tank and a water-oil mixture on the dipstick. This can be confused with head gasket damage. In cases of suspicion, it is recommended to check the oil cooler first.
